The Department of Health Promotion and Wellness prepares students to become leaders in advancing individual, organizational, and community health. Grounded in behavior change theory, program planning, implementation, and evaluation, our curriculum integrates public health, behavioral science, exercise, and wellness management. Through experiential learning and internships, students gain practical skills to design evidence-based health initiatives and pursue careers in worksite wellness, community health, fitness leadership, and graduate study in health-related professions.
